Questions People Actually Ask
You probably have one that's not answered here. If so, get in touch. But these are the ones I hear most.
What's in the free eBook?
Forty years of practice and teaching distilled into one resource. You'll find the core principles that underpin everything I do: how to recognize when your nervous system is out of balance, why information alone doesn't create transformation, and the five foundational practices that help your body remember how to regulate itself. It's your starting place.
I've tried so many things. Why would this be different?
Because nervous system change happens through frequent, small repetitions, not through one more overhaul. I'm not selling you a weekend transformation or a new protocol. I'm showing you how to work with your own body's innate capacity to heal itself. And I'm bringing forty years of clinical experience to meet you where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
Is this just another class that won't create real change?
Embodied Wisdom is for anyone who already knows that information alone doesn't create transformation. You probably have three wellness books on your nightstand. This isn't another book. It's a practice. It's four hours of live teaching plus two weeks of integration plus access to someone who gets the bridge between science and soul. Real change comes from doing the practice, not from reading about it.
How much does it cost?
The September workshop is $197 for founding cohort (early adopter pricing, limited window, ends September 2, 2026) or $297 regular. That includes two two-hour sessions, a journal, a daily practice guide, and a follow-up call. Deeper work costs more because it requires more time and resources. If you want to talk about a bigger container, get the eBook first and reach out. We'll discuss what you actually need.
What if this isn't the right fit?
We'll both know pretty quickly. This isn't for anyone looking for a pill without willingness to do the work, and it's not for anyone who wants me to be the source of healing instead of a bridge back to your own capacity. The majority of the work has to be done by you. If that feels right, the eBook will help you see which door is yours.
How do I know you actually know what you're talking about?
Board certified in family medicine, 1990 to 2022, recertified 2026 to present. Sixteen years teaching integrative medicine inside university medical schools. Trauma center trained. Medical director of a community health center that served people others had written off. And my father's six-year dementia journey is the lived fire behind my brain health work. I'm not guessing. I've walked this terrain.
